Terms of Service

HSS provides software for property onboarding, property presentation, Network discovery, direct reservations, guest experiences, communications, operational workflows and related administrative tools.

A property owner is responsible for the accuracy of property information, availability, pricing, policies and fulfillment of the guest stay. Owners are also responsible for complying with laws and obligations that apply to their rental business.

HSS is designed as a direct-booking platform. HSS is not the property owner’s shared property administrator and does not become the merchant holding lodging funds or raw guest card information merely because a reservation is coordinated through HSS.

Property owners connect and use supported payment arrangements for their own lodging transactions. Payment status may be reflected in HSS so the reservation lifecycle can be coordinated.

Users must not attempt to access another owner’s property, another guest’s reservation, administrative functions, private files or other information they are not authorized to use.

HSS may restrict, temporarily block or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, other users or the integrity of the service.

Property access to HSS may depend on the owner’s applicable subscription and platform eligibility.

When an owner requests deletion of an HSS property, the normal product action is archive rather than physical destruction of historical property records. An archived property is removed from normal public operation while its required history is preserved. Restoration of an archived property is controlled by HSS Platform Administration.

Guests may use HSS only for reservations and property experiences they are authorized to access. Guest portal access, agreements, communications and other stay information may be tied to the guest’s verified reservation relationship.

Users are responsible for information they submit through HSS. They must not upload or send unlawful, malicious or intentionally deceptive content or use HSS to interfere with another person or property.

HSS may update features, security controls, supported integrations and operational behavior as the product develops. Changes that materially affect privacy or these Terms should be reflected in the applicable public notice.

Information handled through HSS is also subject to the HSS Privacy Policy, including the platform’s current retention, attribution and archive behavior.
